Myott Art Deco Twist Handle Jug – ‘Stripes’

This has got to be the best example of a Myott Art Deco Twist Handle Jug around. With a really jazzy, bright pattern of orange, yellows, grey and beige stripes this jug measures a commanding 19.7cm (7.75 inches) tall by 17.7cm (7 inches) wide. It has brown and black dashes to the top and base with a black handle.

The Twist handle Jug is marked to the base with the full Myott gold crown stamp, HAND PAINTED and MADE IN ENGLAND. There is a small, incised painter’s mark but no pattern number. The condition of the jug is outstanding inside and out.
